Silverline Fertilisers was founded in 2014, entering the highly competitive, regulated and commoditised fertiliser industry with a handful of talent holding several decades of working experience in the industry.
Silverline was established with a socially responsible vision to improve the livelihoods of farmers (through higher crop yields, lower input costs) as well as reducing the subsidy burden of the Government (through sale of non-subsidised fertilisers and advocacy of sustainable farming models and agri-solutions).

The three primary nutrients required by any crop are Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K). Together, they make up the key trio known as NPK. Other important nutrients are Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg) and Sulphur (S) which are commonly referred to as secondary nutrients. Apart from the aforementioned key nutrients, there are also a host of micro-nutrients required by a crop such as Zinc, Copper, Iron, Manganese, etc. These are also known as trace elements as only traces are needed by the crop.
Our product portfolio contains all of the above key nutrients that are imperative to fertilise the soil and thereby produce a healthy crop. Our highly proficient team of domain-experienced talent are in constant touch with the pulse of the farmer community through their grassroots approach (literally).
We do not follow a peanut-butter model but instead provide highly customised solutions to each of our clients after taking into account various factors such as the type of soil, pH levels, crop(s) grown, acreage, past fertiliser application and corresponding yields, farmers’ income level and prevailing market conditions. After collection of these key data points, we deliver our recommendations/dosage aimed to fulfil the objective of higher crop yields at lower costs, ultimately improving the livelihoods of our farmers.
